Rates
The apartment is available for hire most of the year round at a rate of £300.00 per week.
Part weeks are available at a cost of £50.00 per night, with a minimum of two nights.
Additional charges
All bookings are subject to a 50.00 Euros charge to cover apartment cleaning and laundry after your departure.
A refundable payment of £100 is added on to all bookings. This will be refunded after your stay subject to our inspection of the apartment. Any damage to the apartment will be deducted from this.
Deposit / payment terms
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is payable in order to reserve the apartment. The balance is payable six weeks before your arrival.
