Rates

The apartment is available for hire most of the year round at the following rates:

1 April – 30 September £300.00 per week
1 October to 31 March £250.00 per week

Part weeks are available at a cost of £50.00 per night, with a minimum of two nights.

Additional charges

A refundable payment of £100 is added on to all bookings. This will be refunded after your stay subject to our inspection of the apartment. Any damage to the apartment will be deducted from this.

Deposit / payment terms

A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is payable in order to reserve the apartment. The balance is payable six weeks before your arrival.
